Yasa kapsam\u0131nda Alman vatanda\u015flar\u0131 yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fckleri nefret s\u00f6ylemleri, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ya da yalan haber olan i\u00e7erikleri \u015fik\u00e2yet edebilecekler.<\/p>\n
\u015eik\u00e2yet hakl\u0131 bulunursa i\u00e7eri\u011fin bulundu\u011fu siteye \u015fik\u00e2yeti kabul edilen i\u00e7eri\u011fi silmesi i\u00e7in 24 saat s\u00fcre tan\u0131nacak. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde site i\u00e7eri\u011fi kald\u0131rmazsa 50 milyon Euro\u2019ya kadar para cezas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demek zorunda kalacak.<\/p>\n
24 saatlik s\u00fcre baz\u0131 \u00f6zel durumlarda 1 haftaya kadar uzayabilecek.<\/p>\n
